Patrick has been a local Realtor and member of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors since 1989 and a Broker Associate since 1992.

Prior to beginning his real estate career Patrick moved from Maryland to study at Miami Dade College and UF and has a degree in Architecture. After college he gained practical work experience in architecture, building construction and land surveying.

Patrick is a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has achieved Coldwell Banker Diamond Society, an award for sales volume. When not helping people buy and sell real estate he enjoys spending time with his family in the natural beauty of North Florida. He is a volunteer conservation diver at Ichetucknee Springs State Park and active in Santa Fe and Suwannee Rivers and area Springs cleanup and conservation efforts.
